I was the mod who moved the thread and the legal threat from the dealer.
A decision will be made about the legal issues involved (tomorrow - it is 1a.m. here) and the thread may then be re-instated, but there will have to be no more provocation from either side.
I do not like being put in the position of being a censor, but the forum's legal position must be protected - the only tool I have is the "banning stick" but I will use it if it's required.......

Ok ok... lets not get the forum involved.
Stomp would prefer the info. So will Straits Times and Newpaper. but before doing that.... we must first apply a police permit. No choice... Singapore no free speech, have to ask police for permission first.
