What are the function of that 4 pcs of rubber that we should put underneath the 8?

What are the function of that 4 pcs of rubber that we should put underneath the 8?

Guys..there's a plastic containing 4pcs of ruber thingy( the one in the plastic which contain 4 rubber plug) that shows to be put underneath. What are those for.??

From: A Pacific Island.
Plugs.....

Those 4 plugs are supposed to be installed (by the dealer ) in holes in the frame, down by the starter motor and driveshaft.

stupid dealer.......they said they already inspect it .....inspection my ****....
anyhoo...thank god i found that inside my front compartment. Already install it..

all dealer are like that... they say theck check but they dont.... they know only to sell...

They fill the 4 holes that were used to hold the car down during transport. Newer cars only have to fill 2 holes, not quite sure why?
