Arrow Turbo timer problem

Thinking of installing my old turbo timer (TT) on the 8. (since I have the TT from my old car, dun wanna waste it)

The problem which most of cars with TT is that after u off the engine and lock the car with your remote, when the TT shut down the engine, the car will be unlocked.
Then you will need to lock your car again.
If not, you will have to wait until the TT to finish shutting down the engine (10-20seconds wait) then lock the car.

I heard from my friend that if you can find the right installer, he can programme the TT not to over-ride your remote locking.
Which means to say that even when you remote lock your car before the TT shuts down the engine, it will not unlock your car.

So, do any of you know which workshop can do it?

you put a relay in the keysense wire located on the passenger side kick panel, i did a DIY on it a year or more ago, works fine on my car, I put the ebrake on, take the key out, get out, press lock and go on my business.
