Supercharging/ Turbo Charging your RX8

Supercharging/ Turbo Charging your RX8
Hello to all,
I was hoping to get some insights and opinions from those who have, or those who have information on supercharing/ turbocharging the RX8. Currently I believe that there are only a handful of 8's on Singapore roads that have done this mod.
I have read other sections of this forum on this topic and it seems that this upgrade does not come without costs (financial or otherwise). The reason I am rather hesitant is that I am not very well informed on who (locally in Singapore) woud be able to carry out this mod and if they would be also able to trouble shoot the situation should the need arise.
I am currently considering the Blitz supercharger/ Greddy Turbo unit, and although I realise that many would rather spend that kind of cash in other mods, I, for one feel that with such a well balanced vechicle, in terms of handling, it would be a shame not to add a few more horsepower to the equation.
With thanks in advance to those who are able to shed some light on the topic.

Turbo kit , is consider as an Add on which is consider as illegal (same like changing unapproved exhuast) , will only get $500 fine and maybe or maybe not get some points deduced.
But if u have a Turbo kit and drive recklessly than TP hav the rights to impound the car, and up to 18 points reckless driving
TP will only confiscate your car if u modified the engine, eg change of a higher CC engine, or modified the original engine to a higher CC capability.
