If u do not repair the scratches

It will look very ugly if a layer of spray goes over it right?
(at least sand it with sand paper and make the scratches looks smoother)

Whats the price?

all my rims has many scratches, so wouldn't it be ugly to just paint over it?

I believe so. If the scratchs are too deep there's no way the paint is able to cover it (unless the paint is a veryvery thick layer, but if its too thick it will be peel off easily)

So I guess some sanding is still required before painting. but again too much sanding will have wheel balancing problem. the balancing maynot be a prefect one.

most wheel/tyre shops can repair the scratched wheels.
wheels can be sprayed with any colours you want, as long as they are preped properly and applied etch primer before applying colours

san hup??? pardon me but where is dat??

$140 for 4 rims means $35 per rim? dats a pretty good price...

normal spray paint shop dun do caliper painting cos their paint cannot withstand high temp.....

but becos my regular workshop got high temp paint, they can help u spray the calipers while ur wheels are being sent for spray painting.....
