...River Valley today afternoon, when this guy waving his arms frantically up ahead of me practically jumps in front of my car to stop me. So, figuring that something is wrong, I pull over. I lower my left side window at which the guy comes over and opens the door! So I said "is there something wrong?" and he hesitates and says "oh, this isn't a comfort cab?" HAHAHAHA...I kid you not. The perils of winning blue I guess :D

 

if comfort cabs are 8s, i would start taking cabs all the way...

Yeah, he was an older chap, definitely short of a few marbles. I really thought he needed help which is why I pulled over. Maybe he was making fun of me (?), but I couldn't read it on his face. Must say, that was one of the more bizarre situations I've had on the road!

 

maybe there was a cab infront or behind you and it didn't stop but you did. So he thought you part time taxi....

Yeah that could be it, maybe one behind me that kept going after I pulled over. Imagine using your 8 as a taxi Reminds me of the thread with pictures of 8's as police cars in Tokyo :D
