RX8 Recall
Read from other 8 forums there is this massive engine recall in the US. Anyone here knows if it affects us? I am collecting my 8 this Friday. Reading news like this made me worried.

u say this type of news hor really very stressful de.......
i think im going to call the guy to ask. but everytime i call him ask him things, he say "wun eh lah" - standard reply
maybe i go ask his boss....

I do not think the PI guys would know about it...MM maybe. I read this news yesterday from the US 8 forum. The aussie forum also mentioned this as well. I almost called my PI, but I reckon they know nuts as many PI do not know the car well enuff. We probably know more than them...****...I'm worried...if there is really a massive engine recall, would pple like me who bought from PI qualify for it? Yikes!!!!.......

Congrats! Dun worry lah... your car is not going to blow up tomorrow. So many RX-8s already running around for the past few years without major life threatening problems, so just relax and enjoy your new car.

why dun you start the ball rolling? perhaps u can take a pic with it. im very sure you will look damn cool in it.
i suggest u get a matching color helmet with ur 8 and best with a rotary sticker on it.
if im not wrong MM may have such helmets available.
do check it out.

i think wearing a helmet will really freak pple out. It is like turning and seeing Darth Vader in the car next to you. Plus it adds 10bhp. And you will look like the Stig from Top Gear.
Having said that, I should really remove the Bathing Ape stickers from my own helmet and replace them with rotary stickers. On a side note, has anyone seen the trailer for "The Ballad of Ricky Bobby"? Super funny lor
