I saw in today's classified one new RX8 with OMV 40k selling @ 108k...can some car expert enlighten me how can this be possible? By my calculation this is below the cost of car after adding in all the taxes...

Like this kind of ads, u just ve to ignore it. They are just wasting their time and money on the ads. Where got such a big pig around for them to lure to their cage. Its a ridiculous price.

OMV + 110% ARF + 20% Custom duty + 5% GST + COE = cost of car

With a OMV of 40k, the above adds up to around $115k+++ (aga aga).

So if he is really selling @ $108k...then he will be loosing $$...thats y I think its impossible lor.

If we say its no COE price, then with COE it becomes $130k then its not so attractive liow...

 

Don't think it a new car, its second hand. only the older cars have got a OMV of 40k

I heard you can get 125k from PI with full specs....

most PI's 8 are JDM, so dont think you'll get 2 oil coolers. and i think they are talking about AT...

 

So, this is AT version? But if it comes with oni 1 oil cooler etc ...cant be full specs right? Correct me if I am wrong
