I have a theory abount this moron.... most probably this designer does not own a car. Either that or that person rides a bike to work. Because I have seen some carparks so tight people can't even open the damn door.

Pillars in stupidest place, kerbs that are just at the right height to scratch our front lips... stupid things like that.

Made me think of the incident where a cyclist got paralysed when he hit a stupid metal bar which LTA installed at the end of a slope of a overhead bridge. It justs make you wonder "what the heck is in their minds?"
