my nov schedule sucks i'm working my **** off on weekends
e onli sat off is screwed by sim session on e following sun.

next available sat is on e 3rd of dec which is yonks away
i doubt i can wait dat long for another shot of adranaline rush!!!

as a matter of fact, i was just up last wed on e 19th.
found another excellent drive on J16 at paloh.
this route has numerous bends but that's not e tricky part
couple of the turns are right smack on the crest which means you lose some traction just when you needed it most to exit e bend!!!

on my n/s drive up towards yong peng at about 1045 i saw a blue rx8 on the opp direction near the kulai exit.
was dat u genesis?

bro should either of us can't make it, u and e rest who signed up can still go ahead, i'm sure e size will increase further.
anyway a smaller group is easier to manage too.
furthermore, anyone can do the lead and sweeper roles, just plan e route and give e drivers a short brief.

in fact, we should rotate e roles so dat those who are interested can have a try.
e experience of leading n sweeping will give them a better idea of convoy constraints so in future they can play an active part too.

alternatively we can organisned a few drives on different sats to allow more options for those who have other plans.

 

My Nov schedule is just as bad. I have 2 free Saturdays, but one early morning sim session on Sun and one past midnite departure on the other Sunday. So looks like my weekends in Nov are pretty much screwed. I'm flying on 29th Oct as well. Anyway, like jetblast bro said, it's a good idea to let others take the lead and do the sweeps so they can experience and actively participate in (high-er speed) convoy driving in future with increased confidence.

 

no no no.. the sweeper role is juz a joke......

jetblast, we need u to lead cos u noe the roads well. We cun possibly go there n holland-ed..... we all missed ur pleasant voice over the talkies.... everyone is still mesmerised by ur enchanting voice!! :D :D

sqflyer, we need u to go as well.... dun ask y...... remember our crazy antics?? :D :D :D

I maybe able to make it. cos I just sent my car in to install alot of things (door kit, flywheel, clutch, muffler n etc.) hopefully it will be ready by sat.

bro because of e time constriants i recommend we start a new thread instead of riding on this posting to avoid any confusion.

in addtion i've not done any recce for e route and road condition to mersing so i'm not sure if u still wanna include dat.
