Was driving @ 90 from the middle lane into express way exit of ang mo kio ave 1 away from CTE. Suddenly out of no where a guy(look aimless, abit mentally disturbed, wearing slippers, white T-shirt, yellow shorts and looked 30ish or 40ish) was walking along the road shoulder. Note: the road shoulder along there is not a shoulder at all its like only fit for a motorcycle to travel along it kinda narrow. meaning he was just 20 to 30 cm from the lane i was changing into. Got the fright of my life... almost hit him when he staggered suddenly into the lane. stopped right at the first bus-stop made a police report. guess what, 2 hours later on my way back home using TPE, i saw him walking by the divider on the right lane. gosh -.-

 

Did you notice whether he has a shadow?
