The latest HotStuff magazine has the advert. Autobahn kit. But the quad exhaust looks too inviting to TP/ROV.

 

Err, no thanks for the quad..prefer the stock, have Zainoed it with ZFX and no longer does the carbon build up

 

Gen, you mean you use ZFX to coat on the exhaust????

 

Exactly...used the ZFX/Z2 both on the outside and the inside of the tailpipes....no more carbon! Used it on the rims as well, much less brake dust accumulation on the fronts...what does build up comes off much easier too

U can just write in to LTA for approval and carry the duplicate paper with you. Actually LTA is not that bad...they approve almost everything provided you can your paper work done to show that your car is still safe

 

hmm...wonder GR has the HKS exhaust approved from LTA, since they are the authorised distributors for HKS in Singapore.

 

Nope. So far no one has approach GR to arrange for an approval. I think u need at least 15 orders to make it feasible for all parties concerned. If any bro has $$$$, he can always order 1 set and pay for the whole approval process (est $2000 SGD), then all RX8 can use the same exhaust without any worry. If not, then usual is to solicit enuf order for a group buy then approach GR for help n getting approval. This is the legal way of doing it.
Illegal way is just chiong and get anything u want.
