I have just been told by a dealer here in Singapore that the price of a Type S costs about 3.3 to 3.4 million yen in Japan (excluding the side and curtain airbags, sat nav, and sunroof)!
This is very different from the MRSP of 2.75 million yen announced in the official press release.

Could any of you guys who have ordered the fully loaded Type S in Japan let me know how much you are paying for the car?

Yes.

In Japan, it is 2.75 million yen without taxes.
If you inclued all taxes you need to pay, Type-S will costs around 3.2 million yen in Japan.

Wow, that's cheaper than the US spec GT RX-8. The Japanese get all the goodies, and cheap too.
