Ask urself ultimately wat u wan out of this car. U can install everything if u wan. Outright performance, we wldnt even be looking at fan controller or RSM or all those small small things that u r looking at.
If this pivot controller is controlling the fan control, then its a few hundreds juz to make the fan kicks in at watever setting u set at. End of the day u can install many gadgets to make dat one thing work. ask urself, worth it???
RX8, if done correctly, can be quite a powerful car. If u do up ur car like u wld to a normal saloon car, then u r better off leaving it stock. The stock form may, end of the day, be more powerful than all the little gritty mods that u have done.
Just my 2 cents worth of opinion.

Best mod to make ur 8 go 'just a bit faster' is driver improvement... invest in yourself first before you invest in your car and best of all, this mod will stay with you forever.

Intake mod - get those tried n tested. Taiwan's S brand, dun waste time on those. Drop in is ok to use. If u wan open pod, get the tested ones from Japan or that one from USA.
Exhaust manifold - get those made in japan from rotary tuners. If go to spore fabricators like brand "M", "F" or "J" more often than not, u will get loss of power.
Cat - same thing. Go for the japan ones. Again local brands, dun try.
Exhaust - Since urs is 5MT, ur engine setup is similar to the 4AT. Get exhaust meant for the 4AT only. Use the wrong one, more likely u will get loss of power on ur NA setup. In any case i have a recon HKS exhaust at my side, anyone interested, come to me.
Short shifter for 5MT - i have told u before via PM.
Final drive 4.777 - search for this in the forum
Clutch - so far no clutch for ur 5MT yet.
