you're thinking of going to Q Bar? seriously, this place is a college hangout and full of ah bengs man! you're better going to the heritage row - a street next to Sheraton Imperial Hotel where the Loft, Bar Savanth, Wine Room is. there r lots more quality women there. then again, if you're seriously looking into pickup teenage girls, Q Bar serves its purpose.

Just finished meetup with JSOC members and the next RX 8 Malaysia Club meeting will be held on Wednesday 4th May 2005. It was great to meet new member Kean (lennon)

We will be discussing about these topics:

1) Our official Club Name for the 8's in Malaysia
2) Our official President & Committee for 2005/2006 (So far i'm doin the job till our next meet)
3) Official weekly gatherings/lepak time & place
4) AFOS - Sepang on 14th - 15th May 2005 (Display Cars & free entrance & goodies)

Meeting Venue - Paramount Giant Mamak
Time - 9.30pm - 1.00am

Some of you would have just come back from Penang from the JSOC trip. So reply to the thread. I will also SMS everyone on Monday.

We need everyone to be punctual so that the meeting can start.

sorry that burnog has been away for a while .. he was in penang enjoying himself wih adrian and the JSOC guys .. we had great fun .. i have only about 10 pictures or so .. ( was more enthusiastic about driving and racing then taking photo's ) but i do have pictures of all the beautiful chicks that were there.. sadly they came with their partners.. and yeah adrian if my wife did see this thread i would be dead meat.. hahahaha..
anyway the next meet is tomorrow (wednesday from 9.30pm onwards) vincent doesnt go online much thats why he is not on this thread.. we are coming up with something for the JSOC group that will allow us all to chat in a different manner..
a lot more things to discuss about especially the meet on 14-15 .. a lot of goodies to be given out .. Goodyear tires .. and so on .. do meet up on wednesday at paramount..

wootwoot i am sorry i could not meet up with you yesterday as i just came back from our road trip ( kl-penang-ipoh-kl ) .. we are trying to organize another road trip this time to johor and singapore will let you guys know on the updates..

We've just finished the 1st official RX8 Club meeting and here are the minutes:

1) Official Club Name - RX8 Club Malaysia

We will also invite a few members who have done up thier 8's in the near future and create a one off team to represent the Club in all the car shows in Malaysia. The name of this group will be - Team Renesis (Malaysian Division).

We will also try to get the name (Rx8 Club Malaysia) registered with the R.O.S very soon. Details of it will come out during our next meet.

2) Official Committee Members for RX8 Club Malaysia 2005/2006

On the meet, we have also elected our committee for the next year.
a) RX8 Club Malaysia President - Marcus (theshortshortman)
b) RX8 Club Malaysia Vice President - Aaron George (burnog)
c) RX8 Club Malaysia Secretary / Treasurer - Amelia (our 1st woman member)

During the JSOC meeting tonight, We will also find out more about the AFOS gathering and keep all of you updated.

We will also be under the supervision of our parent Club, JSOC until our database for the RX8 Club Malaysia is big enough for us to be on our own.

tomorrow we are trying out a new device that might be able to disable our speed cut.. testing on two cars an auto and a manual .. auto will be my car and manual will be vincent's .. will let you guys know on the outcome.. apparently it doesnt do anything else other than cut the speedcut.. it only cost's a fraction compared to unichip or even HKS .. we are told that it would be in the region of RM400-500 .. cheapest modification on my car yet ..

15th mayy is afos ( asian festival of speed) we would be showing off our cars to the public .. we would be given grand stand seats and food sponsored by burger king.. it will be an event not to be missed ... if you want to come pls sms me 012-3719987 .. anyway what have you been up to voyager18 and seanlft .. havent seen you at the rx8 club meeting or even jsoc for quite a while now.. pls do come and support the club with your presence...

we would be doing a lot of things in the future like getting the speedcut at a cheap price and all that but it would only be a member price and non-member's we surely would love to make money out of you ... heheheh.. just kidding.. but do come for the next meeting..
