Welcome to the site. I know that rx8 in malaysia is only recons. There are no brand new ones coz of the tax. If you buy a brand new one and ship it here, it will cost you 1/2 million ringgit. A recon car is dubbed as used before, but in Japan..that is why, the selling price is lower. Right now, you can get one for as low as 170K also. If you wanna view any rx8, you can call me and i can check what is missing in the car. Sometimes you cannot trust dealers, they take out a lot of parts and sell it to other ppl.

i think u shud take that into the main consideration la...
..just list down the priorities so that u can shortlisted the type so that easier to shop.....mileage,colour,bodykit.....etc....etc..

 

 

Sure it's an 05? The mileage should be relatively low so it's a good deal. Surely you can wheel and deal a lil bit more... I looked into bringing in a brand new one last year though a grey importer, I was quoted at RM245k. That's 50k more than the price for a recond one.
