lennon... just want to inform u.... that the dyno at the amoil setting is a little bit strange. i noticed that at the setting page, that guy set the altitude is 1200++m... which is = to 3900++ft....damnnn that one is quite high.... because once u getting "taller" the air density become less.... so the amount of air sucked into the air intake is diffrent between the actual and as what preseted in the computer... some more the computer can take the actual reading that particular time????
and one more thing...on the dynosheet itself....stated there pressure is 1002.41 mBars....that one is quite high... considering at sea level is 1013.2mBars. it is about 10.79mBars diffrent... and for info...1Mbars=30ft... so is it sunway area is approximately 320++ft above sea level.... tinggi woo.... and the humidity is <40% is consider too dry for our country....i think ur dyno underread lor.... it should have been more.... if more arr...sure damn power la urs......

 

Post la your dyno sheet. All these altitude talk is making me hungry.

halfway project...after installed those 3 stuffs, 179.1Hp @ 7510rpm, 178.57Nm @ 6016rpm.... quite low lor.... because i can only compare with lennon's result... by the way....sifu...got 1 q for u... it might sound silly, which intake is better? air box or open port? some said open port better for colling ur engine because there is no more big black box blocking the air flow.... but some said the air box is better because the air that goes through the intake is cooler??? wa pu tche tau.....

 

I think that's Ah Hon, the mechanic who dyno for you...... He told me something about the dyno of your car..... I'm gonna ask him about in detail... Why is the gain on your car is big?..... Because normally it would be 10hp the most, moreover yours is auto....

 

mine one is manual.... what do u think about RB Revi intake systems? is it worth of buying it? Kean....u not interested with the xintrceptor??? ECU upgrade.... put it up with ur turbo arr...sure jadi ferrari killer lor....

 

I'd probably get it done before I do any performance mod.

I tot that it was auto becos of the 155hp (first dyno)...... My first dyno (before i coverted to turbo) on 3rd gear is 168HP, 4th gear would be 190HP or more....... Zamri's car was dyno on 4th gear at 8k rpm plus mod should be getting 185hp..... Maybe at 9k rpm, there will be 10hp more...... Jaii, should you upgrade your car for next track day??

 

Yes, cooling mods eg. oil cooler. A must IMO.

 

Ferrari killer??? Still quite impossible....... This is the 4 litter machine torque monster..... My engine will blow before i outrun the Ferrari...... I'll be using Rotormaster ECU.... Interceptor will be hard to get......Might as well just use Unichip if you're looking for Interceptor.....

 

well what to do... my car still not up to ur guys standard yet ... Mr Ah Hon said, my dyno got something not right. he said because of the ignition cable which i installed produced disturbance on the readings.... Nology ignition cable...
