i am very skeptical when it comes to paint , the VR is a pearl effect paint , which i don't like. i like solid paint cause i can detail it till its very nice ... also since pearl paint is expensive and since i need to paint the bumpers/bodykit, might as well topup some and paint the whole thing with my preferred color ....

David ur rich people theory memang geng! is will more expensive to do the whole car with F430 red than paint your parts with VR, satu litre only RM50 in kk.

 

based on japanparts.com their price is 2500... so im guessing the price should be around there..

Yes Kean, I am very aware that he's re-painting his car to Ferrari red.

 

Mind sharing where is your paint shop? The last time I had a *minor* bang, I had to repaint the rear bumper etc, I was contemplating changing the whole paint job, however the taukey got scared looking at the engine bay.

"Your engine bay so packed. I can take everything out, but I'm scared my mechanic cannot put everything back in order. I cannot guarantee no rattles etc." And this guy repaints the most expensive continental cars I've seen.

It really depends on the PU design...... You'll feel the vibration if PU is too thin...

i dont think wangan will sell only the side skirt, coz last time he told me only selling in a set, odula front bumper + 2 RE side skirt.

oh.. you are not referring to the odula front + 2 re side skirt that your black rx8 is using now? last time i called nicky about your used odula front, he said cannot sell the front only, must get all 3 of them (include 2 re side). i not refering to the odula front + odula 2 side skirt. anyway, just curious only.

 

Boy,The fella drive so fast how i going to catch him up Anyway,total saw 2 RX8 in bangkok one black & one white.One thing i can comfirm is Not much RX8 here and when i go to so many car shop here and i can't find any RX8 parts and even the magazine here din't even have RX8 thing....I think thailand ppls love toyota and honda as i only manage to see modified honda and toyota.Feel free come to the new paragon which is beside siam square OMG...All the super car show room is inside the shopping mall Look like RX8 club forum is very happening now ah but some of the "Old bird" start MIA ya...especially Our boss marcus,boykichap,RX8king....just curious where they all disappear.
