-what is a good set of coilovers with hi-lo/soft-hard settings, well priced and not necessarily branded

-eyelids

-dvd navi system mod, to enable dvd movie playback and do allkings of inovative stuff with the monitor

-mspeed front canards, as seen on the grey car posted by goober8

-what would be a good sparkplug number and engine oil to use?

To answer you queries:
-Most suspension for RX8 cost 4k above.... Wangan got a set of CST suspension cost 3k plus...... I got a set of Tein Super Street for sell, used for 6 months (7000 km)

-eyelid gotta be from Japan... Like R-Magic, Odula, Autobahn and RSW..... Not cheap tou, around RM500....

-DVD navi system can get from KK Lau accessories... Marcus has made a mold for center console to enable the monitor fittings.....

-dunno where to get this.... most probably customise using hard fiber, Mazdaspeed is not selling this

-Use only NGK spark plug 2 RE7C-L and 2 RE9B-T...... Around RM600 a set.... As for the engine oil, use rotary oil (Trust, HKS, Idemitsu and RE-Amemiya) or semi synthetic only......

my opinion is to use mazdaspeed absorber and springs they are relatively cheap.
eyelid u can buy R-Magic one. DVD navi i have no idea. MSpeed front canards u have to buy from Japan la or can order. Spark plug use NGK one better the original one.

 

i think i saw this additional front splitter sell at KSP la.....cpst is arnd 500 for the medium size and 700 for the big size........

u could bcoz the thing just screw underneath....but if u put at MS ...it will look seamless....its carbon fiber by d way.....and the package of the splitter also got pictures of MS RX8..................

Thx bro.... my last rotary ran on cold (9 range) plugs all round....... Tried various plugs (all recommended by Vaz-Maz).......... Now its been 7 years since ive meddled with a rotary....... Soooooo, im a bit rusty....... Seriously need to catch up on things .............

 

hot temp.... you wanna change the suspension ah??what type you want it??super stress no good meh??i plan to change the original oil cooler...you used the trust oil cooler right?the piping can fit it?or custom meke?

Effie, there're leading and trailing spark plugs in rotary, whether it's SE3P, FD or FC........ If you open up the engine, you can see a big (trailing) and a small (leading) hole for ignition...... I dunno what's the design for, but i'm sure it's design for a purpose.....

You can go to any shop that sell NGK like Amoil and N1....... Sorry if i didn't mention any places else in KL becos Sunway is like 'Have-It-All' area to me......

Servicing can be done anyway....... C&C oso serve RX8....

 

Not neccessary...... In fact, competition in KL has been stronger these few years.....Thus we can get cheaper price..... Aside from replica bodykit, 70% of the stuffs are either same price or cheaper.......

For example,
Case 1: Defi meter (NA package)
Price in KL = RM1900 + RM310(adapters) + RM150(installation) = RM2360
Price in SG = SGD1250 x 2.3 = RM2875 (included everything)

Case 2: Trust PE-Titanium exhaust
Price in KL = RM5000
Price in SG = SDG1950 x 2.3 = RM4485

So SG fellas will admire the Defi across the boarder, while we from Mal will drool at your Trust titanium exhaust..... hehheh

I change to Tein Flex for harder setup..... Nothing wrong with the Super Street..... Letting it go for RM3500 plus installation fee.....

A quality CF or fiber eyelid from Japan wont go wrong..... After all i got a fren might be able to customise it, in CF style ......

 

Oh yah...... ure rite.... Im a lil bit rusty.... checked my old Rx7 receipts.... 2 Leading and 2 Trailing plugs......... Im in serious need of a Brain Memory Reboot......LOLZ..... Ud think after blowing my FD engine no fewer than 6 times, id remember all this crap ..........
