lennon, what is the workshop that sells mazda parts? cause i think my mounting also weak already. btw, jacky said that even if i adjust the AF to normal, i wouldnt lose hp. true or false?
boy, I think its bcoz of the exhaust or air filter that makes the AF too lean, btw your car got vibration below 1krpm? mine also got leh and feels abit weird when below 1k RPM. dunno if its normal, coz i checked the internet, a few people said their auto also like that. whenever i put on D during idling it will start to vibrate abit.

,so i dont think that is mount problem.

I'll give you some of my opinion base on following factor:
1) original air box and exhaust and you car vibrates badly.
# Very likely your mountings are gone.
2) aftermarket open air intake but original exhaust.
# a) the hot air suck in the engine (less dense air can cause different AF)
b) Mountings are gone.
3) aftermarket cold air intake but original exhaust.
# Very likely your mountings are gone.
4) original air box but aftermarket exhaust.
# a) Less restricted exhaust air flow can cause minor vibration.
b) Mountings are gone.
Ultimately when you mod your car, you need to tune your ECU......

I have seen you Dyno result yesterday....... Your AF reaches 14:1 and i'm pretty surprise you have not blown your engine...... This is very critical indeed, you'll shorten the engine life if you dont do anything soon...... An ideal and safe AF ratio would be 12.5......
As for the mounting, i can say confirm 80% it is gone...... Our engine has oni two mounting, it suport not just the engine but gearbox and driveshaft...... This is very contrast to other cars which has it's own gearbox mounting..... That's why RX8 mounting is fragile.....

My car did exactly the same. 1st i thought it was the power supply. and it was 50% power supply. after i install the voltage stabilizer. then i can finally feel the real thing. D on idling is vibration time.

"I was having problems with low/erratic idle and some studdering. I just got the newest flash, did the throttle body bypass mod, put a breather filter on my oil filler neck, and cleaned my MAF. Now it idles right at 850 without a step or bobble."
