I got my 8 from them 10 months ago and on the 2nd day I noticed that the rubber strip on the booth area is torn and a photo of it was taken. I called in to request for a replacement and they requested a for Item Number on the rubber strip. How was i suppose to know that a simple rubber strip at the booth would have a Item Number? I waited and waited, till today there is no reply from them. This is just a normal rubber strip which is easily replaced and does not cost much. It really worries me to why they are so unreluctant to replace this small part. Luckily it was just a simple rubber piece, If it was a much more expensive part, i dread to think of the outcome. I prolly wont be doing any business with Hycars in future.
