1. report police against both company and the sales person about the money issue (not accounted for)

2. go to the showroom to make noise during week ends till the problems slove.
Cos the boss "bo-chap" (dont care) about this issue.
Debt Collector is there, U think customer dare to walk in?

It really worries me to why they are so unreluctant to replace this small part. Luckily it was just a simple rubber piece, If it was a much more expensive part, i dread to think of the outcome. Dear disgruntled and angry customer,

Due to several requests from our customers who noticed your thread, we decided to response. The rubber strip was torn after delivery of vehicle, that is to say rough handling by the driver causes it. In normal circumstances, we should have replaced it out of goodwill. Unfortunately, for your case you have made a statement to our staff, threatening to publish and tarnish our reputation in the forum if we do not replace it. We Do Not give in to threat! Many members in this forum are well aware that you are a PI (DA) yourself. Though (DA) is small but still manage to sell few cars we think. Using forum as a tool to tarnish the reputation of another competitor (we don’t treat you as a threat or competitor, due to the different in size) we feel that it is a very cheap business strategy. Though you may be very small at this moment, and also have to obtain your vehicle stock through others (sometime indirectly from us and you don’t even know), we sincerely hope that you will do well in this trade and spend more time in thinking of how to grow your business in a proper way. Maybe one day, your company will have a thread where others can write about. All the best… P.S: You may post as many as you like together with your friends/partners, we will not waste our time to reply anymore - chinese there is a saying : Real Gold not scare of Fire!!!

Rubber not their fault, it's QC fault.
Engine not built by them le...
you cant blame them lo... they have little knowledge on RX-8

regardless what car, aftersales should cover all these flaws, no need goodwill...
having poor aftersales or bo chap service, consumer will be the one to suffer...

Unjustified Malicious Claims

Hi there,

I am new to this forum, never really bothered to post any form of comments, more of just a reader and follower of certain threads.

I am posting a reply as there's been unjust response by quite a number of you members, its obvious that quite a few of you guys here are friends of Mandotcom, d supportive of him, thats really admirable.

I too am a customer of Hycarz, had the same issue with the rubber seals and more, definitely a poor QC and crap production of Mazda. I did call back Hycarz, and they did respond by asking me to bring the car back to them to have a look and did explain to me it will take them sometime to get the necessary parts for replacement and FOC as well.

Alot of PIs have limited resources, so guess no choice but to be patient, as for Hycarz having bad customer service, well I didn't experience any but top class service in my opinion. As stated by Hycarz management, since Mandotcom has a PI himself, he should know of such limitations as well.

As for him claiming bad service, have any of you look at both sides of the story? Maybe he was just a unreasonable customer as well? Or really taking the opportunity to "bad-mouth" a competitor? No offense, but even as friends, don't support blindly.

True to an extent ... A quick check with the complaint department might shed some light on their sales and aftersales service?

ManDotCum's standpoint comes from a customer's perspective. If i may interpret correctly, its whoever that 'entertained' him that got him worked up, not targetting directly at the PI per say... but, these personnel DO act as a frontline for whom they work for.

Dearest HyCarz Mgt, their friend & ALL the fellow Memebers here,

At the point of purchase, I am your customer.

After 10mon of happy driving of my car I am still the HY Carz Customer.

I will not say competitor, I will put it "in the same trade or industries. In my trade of other business. I still talk and trade with my friend who in their same trade.
Then why are you worry now? Should should be serving your customer better then.

I think the point is your goodwill. But there in nothing after complained and complained.

There is no point talking. I just asking a simple RUBBER (not the pack of 3) (but 12 hahahaha) replacement after the 10months of waiting THAT IS ALL.

BUT till date.there is no answer...

Cheers!
MDC

Bullshit!!!! If you only read and never post...why the heck are you posting now? Do you have vested interested in HYcarz? Your first statement is very contradicting. If you are new to this forum how could you be just a reader and folllower of certain threads? Your join date tells us you just joined to post this post.

What you are doing is childish. Grow up man...dun be like that SYT from WOW.

I bought my car from HYcarz everything was fine and the aftersale was okie. they delivered the car in 8 weeks as promised n everything was there as promise. and i did called them up regarding servicing and some other stuff. they were helpful to me though the SE(F4) no longer works there.

during CNY,my fren down to make some enquiries on rx8 cos he was also interested in getting an 8. the SE told us that the delivery time is about 3mths or more. maybe we were jus llucky that the SE did not try to con us.

I think msot PI will have some problem or another with delivery or other aftersale issue. and those who wanan buy jus be more careful.

Please note: even if the SE sign on the paper with black and white that you can get the car in 8 weeks and after 8 week the car doesn come. YOU CANT REALLY DO MUCH. Unless you have loads of money. you engage a lawyer and sue the company. but in the end u still wste your time and you still dont get your car.

jus my 2c worth. (by the way i got nothing to do with Hycarz and aint getting any benefit out of them. Those who know me...I'm jus an ordinary ah beng
