I feel that the frontline staff are the most important, because they are the first face of the company that one sees. First impressions do last for a very long time. I'll have to agree with SNIX that while the specific personnel got MDC rather p*ssed off, the company has a part to play in how it educates (or fails to educate) its frontline staff on the importance of customer service. In the sales or service industry (much like in Geylang), the client is the one who pays the company, your boss and yourself.

But it's subjective and not all sales staff are dicks.

That said, i didnt buy my 8 from HY or HYCarz or any subsidiary/related company cos their attitude really sucked when I was asking questions and doing a buyer's due diligence.

Unless you have loads of money. you engage a lawyer and sue the company. but in the end u still wste your time and you still dont get your car.

Hi xacidx! Just wondering, does your 8 comes with original RX8 floor mats? I also bought mine from Hycarz..under our agreement, they will give me 1 set of original and a spare from 3m but sad to say i've got just the 3m only. Now my floor mat spoiled and called them, the SE told me there is no such thing as RX8 original floor mats.

I only got the 3m car mat...didnt get the original rx8 car mat leh...

Just wondering MDC, why didn't you go don't to them and talk to them? And why is your SE not doing anything? You should just SCREW your SE man....What the heck is the SE doing? Where is the support?

Hi Tatt2

Due to the sucked (loser management of HY Carz) the SE have left the **** UP company.

Agree anot Mr. Fuild4? now happy working for MM

For ur info...
the very next day MDC told mi abt the rubber thingy,i did my part as his SE n report it to the management....
i was told that they will replace the part out of goodwill n ask MDC to wait....
but after abt 6 months(which i was still workin there),i report the same thing to the management again n ask MDC down for them to check,photos was even taken...so i tot they are goin to do sumting abt it....
then until i left the company,noting was done...
i did my part as his SE n try to get the part replace for him but its still up to the management to decide what to do....

Just a Rubber and they cant afford replace and don't care about it.

If this is Engine & other parts have defects or manufacturer problems. I think HY Carz will also push the problems away and bo-chap lar.. (Dont care).

Haiz...so it was all just BS from the SE of Hycarz.. sadly she left the company already.
