i also want to complain about HY carz. i have been having squeaking sounds coming from my passenger seat, especially when i am cornering with a passenger on it. been complaining to the SE, named R**n. but until now, still not solved. said must go check with the leather guys, could be coming from there....went there, took out everything, put back still have. then told me must arrange boss to sit and listen to my car.....until today still not set up.....nabei...the boss so busy meh?? just sell cars only wat?

don't get upset and stressed over such people or companies.
just bring them to small claims court, then they will be forced by law to comply. works great for their reputation too! |
HY also gave me the same nonsense when warranty for my passenger side sun visor came up too lor - aiyah they have very shady practices one - highly DO NOT RECOMMEND them

Glad to hear that finally someone is willing to voice out. I have my share of bad experiences from Hycars. I got my 8 from them 10 months ago and on the 2nd day I noticed that the rubber strip on the booth area is torn and a photo of it was taken. I called in to request for a replacement and they requested a for Item Number on the rubber strip. How was i suppose to know that a simple rubber strip at the booth would have a Item Number? I waited and waited, till today there is no reply from them. This is just a normal rubber strip which is easily replaced and does not cost much. It really worries me to why they are so unreluctant to replace this small part. Luckily it was just a simple rubber piece, If it was a much more expensive part, i dread to think of the outcome. I prolly wont be doing any business with Hycars in future.
