I'm thinking of arranging a drive up north this Saturday night. The same one Coupe07 arranged last Saturday. I wasn't able to make it and I'm sure there were a few of you who didn't managed to go as well. And I heard that those who did go, not all managed to run.

Well, here's a second chance for all those who missed out last Saturday. Hopefully the response will be good too this time and we can make a trip up north again.....

Looks like we might have to postpone this drive till further notice. So far only 2people have indicated their interest. Including me, that only makes 3....

The continued increase in price of crude oil is really bad news. I think its time for all of us to start digging in our backyards to see if we can find any black gold!

 

Unfortunately, the tolls at 2nd link totally wipes out any savings in fuelling up unless you have a VERY big fuel tank or unless you wanna risk driving in with less than 3/4 tank. Of course we can take the Woodlands causeway but the drive from JB city to GP and back is another consideration. IMO, going to GP is to do runs and fuelling up is only to dampen the cost impact of the tolls. If you really want to save $$ on petrol, go through Woodlands causeway, fuel up and back through Woodlands again.
