I know there are various alternatives to allow you to use and ipod directly with the 8. But was just wondering if anyone had done it yet and whether there are local distributors for the various products ( e.g neo ).

i have the ipod fitted via one of the alpine Multimedia Manager Controller. :p
I have heard for NEO, but wrote to them about 2 weeks pertaining so questions, until today, they have not responded yet. (I am also interested in NEO, as it can charge the Ipod at the same time, whereas my current config doesn't allows me) :o

Yes, stock head unit.
The Multimedia Manager unit is from Alpine and I got it install at Lor 8 Toa Payoh.
