These are Australia's cop. 420HP Holden Monaro for hot pursuit, Impreza for countryside, Z3 for urban patrol. Walauehhhhhhh!!!

Me from Brisbane until 6 months ago!! Cant see these monsters in Brisbane though!!

 

OZ has have fast cars as cop cars for many years already. First I seen was they using the wrx in 1999.

 

man that would suck if they made cop cars like that in Los Angeles

 

Mi in melb till about 1.5yrs ago. Was studying there for about 3 years. I heard frm my local frens tt the reason the traffic police got a WRX was because once they tried to catch a WRX for speeding on the highway (can't remember the name of the highway liao), they couldn't catch him and only smell smoke. This left the traffic police really pissed and they rallied to get one for themselves. Kekekeke. I love staying in Melb, the cool weather, the sound of all the V6 and V8 engines and having F1 Grand Prix every year. Can't wait for Singapore to host the F1 Grand Prix!!

 

I was in Melb as well, and living in OZ for abt 10 yrs. Yes..it all started when the supposedly "cult car" WRX became popular there, with it being termed as a "Ram-Raid" vehicle, as bandits used it as an escape vehicle in burglary acts. The cops had trouble keeping up, lol. I figured, if they used a chopper, how could they get away? Maybe pilot still sleeping.. Anyway, I owned a rex there as well, get pulled over all the time..no big deal..lol.
