do you mind telling me where u bought ur 4AT from? and what color you got? :) i like the white personally, but i heard its very difficult to take care off. And require a long time to indent. But i seen quite a few guys here own white... and i must agree its really impressive. |

i think there's one spray shop tt can do it...i saw the shop van driving on CTE before, they spray painted a super scary gollum on the entire side panel of the van. copied down the number but i've forgotten where i put it. Anyone remember such a shop?
Btw en en, you're going to attract a lot of attention...=p Hope you have either a maid or a boy boy to clean your white 8 for you...hehe or rei can help, provided there isnt a queue already. |

i bought mine from HY too but i did not ordered a white. :) But if you can take care of it well, i think its worth it. So do you have any problems so far with HY cars? care to share? Good experience or bad experience? do you mind sending me some pics of it? I would really want to see some local whites. and i have a qn, after registering for COE, does the car comes immediately with a car number and which if i do not like the number, is it possible for me to bid a new number? Will this affect the OMV of the car next time? And is ur delivery on time? |

New Rx8
Hi to all,
FYI, the new 06 production Rx8 will come with retractable remote key.. If it a 05 model it will not have this. In actual fact even if u indent from japan, u can't have the pearl white Rx8 4AT cos it has stop production.. Now all new shipment will be the 6AT. Enjoy your ride, Jimmy |
wats a retractable remote key?

bought my white 8...they didn't ask for the additional fee? Hahaha...so bro snowflake8888 has help me chop the 1st spot in the queue to En En wash her car? Any bro queueing behind me or not? Bro snowflake8888, join in the queue lah...2 pple wash car not so siong...heehee... :mdrmed: Hmm...En En, I think it is best for u to get the colour u like best lah...contrary to popular belief, its not easy to tell if the white is dirty as compared to black? u need to stand relatively close to tell if the car is dirty...from far, it always seem clean... :) |
actually white ok la. just wash it once a week should be fine liaoz. they say black also very easy to spot dirt. end of day is how hardworking u are in maintaining ur car bah.
oh and also nowadays, white damn common liaoz. go everywhere also see white. no longer special. :( |

Frens,
I've gotten mine from HYcarz 3 weeks ago. The 2006 car comes with a card key (with spare physical key built in), akin to those with Nisson/Renault. Carry the car key with u, walk up next to the door, press the rubber button on the handle, it opens/locks. Get in the car, turn the ignition knob and engine fires up. I like it. King105 |
wah....sounds very cool leh. so the card key need batteries? or the car sends out signal to continuously detect the card key?
