Advise on buying RIMS

Hullo Everyone!!

I am getting my 8 on 15th Oct (Red - 6AT).. Woo Hoo! It comes with stock 16" rims and I want to immediately change to 18" rims when I collect my car. I have been having a difficult time finding a place to change my rims as they are almost no available catalogs online to view & choose something I want.

Can anyone share with me a shop with good selection of rims to choose from? I like classy rims and want to get white ones. I also prefer Japanese made rims.

Thanks in advance!

you can pm wangan. He is in KL and his partner is in Singapore. If you can't find in Singapore (99.99999% impossible :D ) , can come to KL and have a look.

Err.. Honestly I am not looking for something special from a technical aspect (still newbie, so have no clue about what this means ). I am just looking for white (preferable) Japanese-made 18" rims that look good and have no clue where to get them in SG.. I am not price conscious..

white... Maybe u can get WORK emotion CR Kai...

Prodrive has white too...

if not, VOLK RACING TE37 looks good in white too...

How come nobody mention leong seng who is a rims supplier in spore....

Monster Garage, ST Powered, Garage R, Wangan, all are mod shops.. altho they do rims as well, but i guess Leong seng, yap bros, etc, are more into rims and tyres with more varieties....

Dropby for more opinions or do atttend the meetups if theres one to see wat sort of rims u r interested. Most of the rx8s in our community shld oredi have most rims covered in catalogues...

Woah! You guys are great! Thanks for all the advise.. I am starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I am currently in the US and hope to lock down on something so I can immediately change when I collect next Monday.

Btw, the link to Leong Seng ROCKS!! Thanks!
