Unhappy update

have called up mazda a few times recently and spoke to a a few very helpful friendly girls(as helpfull as they can be with the information they have been given)!!

it is obviously not the fault of these girls but the fault of the cowboy outfit that call themselves mazda uk!!!!!!!!!

does anyone have anything else to say on this subject????????

i have called mazda myself, and the information seems to be picking up a little, i called last week and was told that the cars where on the boats, seems positive enough!!!

they may be cowboys, but they do make great cars! even if the customer service is a bit on the slow side!

i am in no reall hurry for my rx8, will come in the second batch i believe as its the lower power model, it would be nice if they contacted us for a change, rather than us always calling them!

i imagine each time we call they must roll their eyes and think, oh no! another one who can't wait!

Hi Bill.

Don't let it get you down, most of us on the forum are now quite happy the cars are on the water and the dates in the latest letter from Mazda will be adhered too.

Put your order details in the EP Register thread at the top if you want to share.

Cheers

How long?

I didn't want to start another thread, so I've tacked this question here - seems an appropriate place...

I'm waiting 'till I can see/drive the 8 before I put my order in (mainly bacause I can't decide on the colour! maybe blue)... so I reckon it'll be November before I've ordered. Will I be lucky to get the car by March, or are Mazda reallt hoping to hot-up the production?

if you wait until november to order, you will most likley be waiting until feb/march 04, but that would be the case if you ordered now anyway,

hope that helps!!!

Hi feefee

That's pretty much what I reckoned - and Winning Blue should be available then (from the second 'batch' onwards, as I understand)... Or will it be black... or titanium, or maybe red

... aaarrrghh I can't decide!! :D
