Sports Exhaust..
Ok, what does this accessory give me?
Better Sound?
More Power?
Anything else?
Worth £450?
Anyone seen reviews of the effect of this?
In addition, for a laugh, I priced up putting all accessoris of the UK pricelist (not having combinations that are not allowed) and came to a humerous;
£9056!!!!!

Do you get the impression that mazda have just realised that they have underpriced the 8 by about £3000 and are trying to claw some money back through accessories?

My dealer told me the sports exhaust was just literally different tailpipes (s/steel covers?). In other words it was more cosmetic than performance related.
Of course my local dealer hasn't seen got a car or the exhaust so they might be wrong. For £450 you'd certainly expect more than shiny exhaust tips.

The brochure pic just shows shiny tips - but the standard ones are reasonably shiny - I think you can by max power shiny tips in halfords for 100 quid! 450 quid for a better sound and half a dozen gee-gees might be worth it, but not shiny tips!

I haven't done anything with my TT yet. Based on what Audi dealers are prepared to offer (or most dealers for that matter) I will probably sell it privately.
Interesting that there are several TT owners on here thinking of making the swap to an RX-8.

Chuck it on the TT forum - that is how I sold mine.
Also Pistonheads is free, and I sold a car before on Autotrader (only £5 online).
What is the spec/ag etc?

It is a 225 Roadster in silver with bose, 6cd, comps, cupholders, leather etc. Have done quite high miles but the great thing is TT residuals seem strong regardless of miles.
