Hi folks. I placed my order today - thought I'd say hi. I ordered a higher power Nordic Green with Leather. Expected delivery 7th January. I'm running a Mazda MX-5 turbo right now but I'll be keeping it. I've been a long-term Mazda fan and enjoyed the MX-5 community so it'll be interesting to see how the RX-8 community works out over here...

Congrats. Would have gone for green myself if it had been available from day one. Mind you having said that if they had said "your prerorder wont be here till November, or you can have Green in Jan", I might have waited!!

Perhaps I should have waited before ordering mine, then I may have a delivery date too. So far it's been March, maybe January.

I used to be involved with the MX-5 owners club, and now am on the committee of the RX-8 club - so don't delay - join today!!!! I presume as its a turbo that it was a mk1 Eunos? (% chance highest) or even....a proper kosher BBR?

 

Nope - a 98 UK car. And none of your low-power BBR nonsense...
A 240hp/230lbft Flyin' Miata FM2 Turbo - been in there for last 20odd thousand miles and running just fine...
