There is a thread going in the 'lounge' about a guy getting paid to drive the RX8 around.

Do you think Mazda UK will do the same here over the next few months, or is that expecting too much?

It would be great to go and see the car in person and sit in it etc.

 

It says on the forum thread that they are using the test cars that were shipped over for the launch at the Laguna Seca race track.

I believe there are only 4 or 5 cars in the uk, and two of those are for Formula Woman. It would probably take till the end of the year to get them round the country for all to see.

Mazda should realize though that the hard core supporters, like those of us who participate here, would be prepared to travel to a central location in order to get our hands on the car we have all paid a fair deposit on.

It would vastly improve customer satisfaction with the pre order process, and give us all something to look forward to in the short term. (Big hint, Mazda UK).
