Mazda UK's Monthly Feedback...
D'ya remember back when we were all young and the 'Welcome Pack' ('Welcome A4 sheet' more like) arrived from Mazda? Did it not state that from then on there would be monthly contact? Should we be expecting a pronouncement? Do porcines have jet engines?

Sick of phoning them.
Every time they say oh yes there has been a delay in processing them you should get one soon.
I have repeatedly asked if my order is ok and they have told me yes it is.
I cant be ar$ed to keep calling so I just thought stuff it as long as m order is OK thats the main thing.
Poor Customer Service though to say the least.

I am in the same situation as Mark, keep phoning them and they tell me there have been some delays and it will be with me shortly.
Will have to wait and see....

So how does this bode for us all....?
There are rumours a-plenty in the main forum concerning delays.
The first RX8s are only just arriving in Japan (thanks EAST MOON!)
and we still have naff-all in the way of communication from Mazda - let alone monthly updates.
So - anyone think they will actually get their car on July 31st ?
Cannot believe MarkW and shahpor still have nothing.
MAZDA - THIS IS DISGRACEFUL ! ! These people have parted with hard-earned cash for a car that is nothing so far but pictures !
Someone should be getting their butt kicked.
SORT IT OUT...

Lensman,
Nissan are demonstrating that they have their act together and they value their pre-order customers.
They seem more organised and advanced, and that for a car which is being released several months AFTER the RX-8.
Mazda could do with taking a lesson or two from them.
Just makes you realise how poor MAada are at Customer Service.

Well, I got mine today!
1) Date for delivery of my car.
2) An invitation to drive the car at Silverstone
3) A 1:18 scale model in a presentation case
4) An Insurance quote offer of £500 no excess
Oh and an off to "buy one get one half price".
Then I woke up, it was good whilst it lasted
Cheers
