Looks like i was just too late for my details to be added.
I posted my own letter this morning, explaining how happy i was with the whole experience so far, how valued i feel, how impressed i was by Mazda's marketing tactics, what excellent communication i have benefited from, and how i wouldn't hesitate from recommending Mazda to all my friends.
i never asked for compensation, i don't for one minute think they will even try to redeem themselves.
I'm over the moon.
(still not even got this letter BTW!)

No response to the letter as yet, if there is nothing forthcoming tomorrow I will try and give Mr Thomson a call and see what he has to say for himself.
