Well Guys,

I never thought the day would come where I would say I have got my 8, well I have it. This car is trually fantastic, it turns heads!!!. Performance is brill - not that I have thrashed it yet!!. Can people that have had the car for a few weeks confirm the checking/topping up of oil after every 2 tanks of fuel?, my dealer stressed this was very important.

RTFM. Very important to check the oil.

 

At about 1800 miles my oil is roughly half way to the low marker.

Will top up next fillup.

Have now done over 2500 miles..... gentle break in... followed by a bit of regular redlining....now driving more even paced.... apart from high speed test late Sunday evening.... sorry!

Been checking oil regularly. Added a litre today as level was about 25% between minimum and high levels.

Much better than I expected..... as this will equate to 4 or 5 litres every 10000 miles.
