Seeing that Morgan's thread has been a bit harshly closed by Sputnik (for reasons I dont really understand) (no disrespect to Sputnik etc ), maybe we need our own moderator in the Europe forum who has a good undestanding of the feeling here in he UK.

Any volunteers, I nominate Oilman or Morganrogers as the original UK contributrors for this.

Any more?

Well Gents, just to clarify, it was closed because that topic is already being discussed in other current threads, including the "Hot and Cold" thread. It had nothing to do with the content (it would have been edited and/or deleted completely and posters warned if that were the case). The particular thread was chosen simply because it was the latest to be created.

Meanwhile, if someone desires to be a moderator, and is willing to take a little responsibility, then they should (and are most welcome to) PM Toadman and volunteer. The decision will be made by the admins.

Cheers,

---jps

Sputnik -

Felt that was harsh, gotta say.

But , utimately - you is da boss.
First time I have been unhappy with the forum , and in 3 months or so of posting , that has gotta be good. Keep up the good work.

Morgan.

I am flattered - but I suspect my viewings are too few and far between to really do the post appropriate justice...

If that is not a problem , then may be interested...

I should warn you , I am *very* strict.....

I view at least once a day, buy I'd probably have the opposite outlook to Morgan. Far too easy going to effectively moderate the forum.:D

Tit grey, Oilman or Mr Rogers would be fine. as would be anybody else to be honest as long as they had a little 'posting' history with this specific site.

Sorry to dissapoint.

Oilman's happy to conrtibute but not really interested in moderating.

Far too unreliable and irresponsible! That's why I'm an Oilman!

Cheers
