It does mean you can't just pop the bonnet to show your mates, but its no impossible task. It's best to use two people since the entire bonnet section lifts off in one piece, but it really is just a 2 minute job to undo the 4 bolts and lift it off the car.
All your levels (oil, water, washer etc) are under the first bonnet, which is hinged and locked by a single catch like most cars.

Being a tractor and pretty economical (a little less now as it came back from AMD yesterday:D )means I can have another car to play with without worrying too much about fuel consumption. But the RX8 will replace my Golf R32 "eventually"

How long do you think you'll have the RX8 18ME before you move on to your next motor mate?:p

Lovely lines, always reminds me of Swordfish. Does it have to go to Blackpool though for its servicing or is it just for rebuilds?

I'm hoping that they'll fix these damn engines soon and this will be the last time it goes back!

) and it must have been coming from a track day because there were loads of other 'quick' cars but nothing else quite as quick as the Zonda. It was smaller than I imagined it though.

2002 BMW 2.0 llitre 16 valve 3 Series Coupe
Sat Nav, Leather and lots of other extras
Brought it over from Belgium myself last year - but now our friend the Euro has got a little bit expensive.
Love it to bits - the build quality is perfect and the reliability is 100%.
I normally get about 40mpg on the motorways and 32mpg in town - that's what I will be missing the most.

1997 Mazda Xedos 2.0 V6 SE
This is my second Xedos which I originally chose "to be different". As a company car driver, I had the choice of BMW 3 series (common as muck) or dare to be different. The Xedoses have served me well ... OK performance for everyday use, almost silent motor and with a 1200Kg weight feels quite nimble.
Now's the time to be different again; it's also time for my mid-life crisis, so what the hell! Mazda RX-8 it is
