I have been talking to my dealer about the moonroof issue, ie at 6'2'' will I fit in as apparently Mazda UK had advise all dealers not to order moonroofs for clients over 6'. I have 2 options;

1 - cancel moonroof option - this would delay my car for about 1 month only. Apparently the first cars will now be here in mid November, mine put back to end of December, say start of Jan. Really will be a 2004 car!!!

2 - Leave order and test moonroof for size - If I did not fit and had to re-order in mid November I may have to wait another year considering the demand for this car.

I have decided on option 1.

But dealer suggested that Mazda have taken 1600 orders now and my dealer has a massive pile of test drives awaiting. He thinks that once the demos come out the car will sell like hot cakes and the 4000 imports will not be enough. Good news on 2nd hand prices.
