Can we have a sticky where everybody can put their road test reviews so that they aren't littered all over the place?

We could also incorporate the poll (after road test keep or drop) and the other threads with personal reviews in. - Then we have a central point for old and new members alike.

We seem to be getting a bit disjointed at the moment.

 

Could we also 'sticky' the number plate register thread.
