Advice?

I need a bit of advice from my fellow forum members.

Should I buy a private plate for my RX-8?

Part of me says YES as its a further expression of individuality (and to fit in with those of you who will have them at our proposed meeting)

and another part of my is saying NO as the car is desticntive enough and it may promote even more jealousy (and possible damage etc)

So I put it to you and I shall abide by the poll, should I buy one?

Chris

I am guessing those who have will say yes , those that have not will say no....

A further expression of individuality to fit in ? How does that work ???

If someone is going to be petty enough to scratch your car due to jealosy, they will do it because of the car. I doubt a private plate would be the one thing to push them over the edge.

Well I would say yes as I bought one.

I also considered the possibility that if the car becomes very popular the plate may even appreciate in value and could be sold seperately when you dispose of the car.

If you get one be sure to look on the DVLA site and not some of the other cowboys who sell the same plates for lots more money.

I would say yes, but ....

Wait until march 2004 when you hopefully will have your car and the new registrations come in.
