£1000 voucher that your dealer needs
I've noticed a few posts on this now, and this is what your dealer needs to get their £1000 back from Mazda for the deposit. Even those who paid directly to the dealer, the dealer then sent the money to Mazda and thus will need to get it back...
The voucher is in the first pack you got from Mazda - its the one with a letter that has a pic of the car in your colour on it at the bottom of the letter, plus a card which has 3 foldout sections which has the logon for the pre-order website, plus the spec of the car with as a checklist.
The right hand side of the card is the £1000 deposit certificate and your dealer apparently needs it to prove to Mazda that the person on the deposit confirmation is the person to pick up the car and thus they can then get their £1000 back from Mazda.
It says "This is to certify that....xxx...has paid £1000 deposit" etc etc.
PS Loving my car still. 348 miles on the clock...
