Well I am ordering a clutch next friday (bearings squeaking, so **** it, replace it all while I am in there) So after that the car will be ready as is, and I will just have to hope and pray to the rotary gods for a bonus in April and I may stand a chance. If I don't make it I will be having a very miserable time at home...

Thursday is the last day of fcats for my son, so i will be leaving Jacksonville at 3pm and heading up from there. The family is actually coming this year, should be awesome

That's cool man. My wife comes with me every year. She doesn't car about the cars or the dragon, but we always have a good time. We'll be bringing our dogs this year too.

im set and registered, staying at the microtel inn, thursday through sunday and im bringing my best friend, so i know we will have a grea time, if anyone else is coming out of raleigh i would love to meet up and caravan. im planning on leaving early thursday since it is a 5-6 hour drive. PM me if interested in joining the caravan, or if your coming from east of me we can try and meet up for the trip.
this is my first time going but i cant wait to sling my 8 through the turns at speed!!

5-6 from Raleigh? Im giving myself 6.5 from Jacksonville Florida, LOL. I to am staying at the Microtel, but won't be there till around midnight, since I am not leaving till 3pm. What color 8 do you have?

Always glad to help, LOL. I always have an issue matching peoples screen names with their cars at the events. I am pretty sure everyone knows exactly which 8 is mine though this year I may have a new addition of "rattley *** exhaust" unless I have the $$ to get it fixed before then. There was a guy in 2011 in a two tone auto 8 that bought a SC'ed 8 and wanted to go out for a run with me last year and we never did. anyone know who that is? Hiflite, which car is yours? Reddozen you have a red one right?
