Does anyone know of an online source or store in Canada to purchase parts for our car? I was going to order new plugs from rx7store but if I can avoid duties that would be great.

You can get any part here but you might pay more. Best I found for parts is No Limits Autoparts (outskirts of Ottawa). Talk to Mike, he's a decent guy and has good prices. I think he's at ~$85+tx for a set of RX-8 plugs.

 

I just ordered something from the States.....cost was $104 US...cost me $53.77 in taxes and brokerage fees....

That is just insane...........

 

I have ran into that problem as well ordering from the US. These brokerage fees the major shipping companies dream up are ridiculous!

 

Brokerage fees and duty's blow. I get my stuff delivered to ups, or a friends house in Detroit and drive it over or I just say screw shipping it and drive to where I have to go. Having my Native American Status I can avoid the rape at the border.
I am anxious to see what distributors there are in Canada 'cause I've never used one.
