The Wheels and Rims are being sold seperately. Preferably, I'd like to sell them after the car gets sold, but if you guys want them now then I will make the transaction...and theres no hurting on getting interest from you guys now

There was very slight rubbing on the Plastic Wheelwell Cover on the inside of the wheelwell when you hit a bump when I first installed the rims, but the shop told me it was nothing serious or major. They cut out a little part of the plastic in one area and that stopped the rubbing.

The fitment is pretty much bang on, the body shop that I went to to paint it and install it did a pretty good job in the end. Lots of customizing the kit to get it on, but it fit just fine in the end. Pictures don't do justice what this car really looks like in person...
Upgraded starter....I am not sure, I was unaware there was an upgraded one for this car...

There was a time limited recall put on the battery and the starter. The starter was changed out because the old ones were struggling to turn over the car and contributed to flooing issues. If your battery is still the original Panasonic, then its possible that it will also have the original starter.
