Who wants to do my spark plugs?
Holy snap!
I just got a quote for spark plugs. I had to do a double take on the price and the quantity. Seriously, is that what it's going for nowadays?? Surely there's got to be a cheaper alternative???
Anyone have suggestions?

And I got a discount on these plugs. It's ridiculous what the asking price is!

I would check the clutch pedal for wear/tear. If you've replaced it already then maybe not, but just precautionary as I hit 92,000km and mine snapped off....then again, if you drive an AT then I'm talking out my *** then.
Always good to give your MAF a good cleaning, clean out air intake of sand or whatever finds its way in there. The rubber accordion bit might have oil residue in it, good to clean that out.
Also, might be good to clean the Throttle Body of whatever **** starts filling up in there...mine was nasty.
After that, ECU reset because idle might be a little off and it will be reset afterwards.
Other than that, it should be ready for summer

Where are finding plugs for $80 a set for 4??? Is that a typo?
My guy, who's giving me a discount, is getting all 4 plugs out the door for $260. That's still a lot considering I can get a set of plugs for my FD for $60 a set of 4.

Have you done a recent oil change as well? I assume you're keeping it by the books and using 5W20 non-synthetic oil since you have an '06.

I am so confused with all the comments. I did my fluid replacements a while back (dif).
Oil changes every 5000 km.

Yes, the NGK part numbers are what you need. The "L" at the end of the first part number is for "Leading", the "T" at the end of the other is for "Trailing". The tips will look slightly different once you have them in hand.
Your best deal will be to grab the plugs from wcs.
I won't be free this weekend, weekday/afternoons or evenings could work at my buddy's place. Will have to confirm if you want. Like Tuesday or something.
