Weird noise

I dont know if you guys can help me out but its worth a shot , i am gonna take the car in to get it check out but i thought id ask your opinion.

Under acceleration ONLY ,anything above 2 - 2500 rps there is this weird raspy weird noise comin from the engine and as if something was grinding there , it doesnt matter if i am just being gental with it or puttin my foot into it .

It propably might not make any sense to anyone , it is hard say what could it b with out hearing it but i figured maybe someone experienced something similar in past .

If its a short rattle/hiss at that RPM then It's likely the rattle like missfire caused by the momentary lean condition when the SSV opens...it is normal in the Renesis engine.

Where about do you live? You might be able to find someone and compare engine notes and the like...

Well, if you still have this issue I could drive across the bridge and see if I could help you. You could compare my engine note to yours to see if it's the intake or something.
