Warranty Engine.....
I'm super frustrated now footman.........I'm heading over to the dealership now.......Anthony told me to bring the stock intake for him to try ...........
Last time they said it was due to bad rotors....this time they said due to bad apex seal......they said the guys from Japan did a bad job on the rebuild...
this is just ridiculous....... -____-.....wtf is going on......

Sounds more like someone doing the install doesn't know what they are doing. There have been cases where a warranty engine blows quickly, a few times at the dealer. It's bound to happen every so often with an error rate on rebuilds. But the odds of 2 in a row is a bit out there. Much more likely something the techs at the dealer are doing wrong. Like having their plug wires crossed or something.
Was there yesterday, no compression in one rotor, tech cant really do anything to cause that. Could be a problem with the clearance when it was rebuilt, could be a bad or improperly installed apex seal etc. Seen it many many times and it will happen again and again with rebuilds. Years ago we put 4 engines in a RX7 until they got one right lol, and I mean one after the other, not weeks or months later. They found it was a new person assembling who had some issues...............lol

Don't do they any form of test runs from the factory before shipping it out? I could not possibly believe that any precision instrument be just "assembled, boxed, and shipped" without individually testing for functionality.
i do feel that they should turn the engine over before installing it, specially when its known that some engines are DOA.
Has it crossed anyones mind that there may be something wrong with car that is causing the shortblocks to go? When you get your engine replaced under warrenty by Mazda all they do is replace the shortblock correct? So all your old parts are still there and if something caused the engine failure, its still there. Engines don't just blow for no reason, theres always a reason. That needs to be found.
Also, aren't all the new engines replaced under warranty, brand new engines shipped from Japan? The likelihood of a bad engine coming straight from Mazda Japan with all new parts is very slim. These come from people who build engines for a living the exact same way for every engine, every time.
Did the car not leave the dealer? How did they blow the engine?
On a side note, your saving gas with the rental lol.

Yea they checked everything already....besides from the engine....there's a small problem with the oil pump as well.......but they are 100% sure the engine is defective after trying to do a 15 sec test drive.......
And yes ~ I'm saving lots of gas from the Altima now hahaha
