Turbo RX8 with interceptor

Well I am almost finished with my turbo setup! just waiting for the Mazdaspeed exhaust to come in.

I am planning on getting it tuned next weekend, and I am looking for a shop in the GTA to get the interceptor tuned. Does anyone know of a good tuner?

Also how many people in the GTA have their RX8 turboed?

Wow nice what turbo kit do you have ? Greddy? Custom?

Just curious, why didnt you go with a turboXS exhaust (3") which would be much better than the Mazdaspeed exhaust (2.5") for a turboed car?

Have fun

I saw the mazdaspeed exhaust in person and I liked it the look of it. Also I noticed that a few Rx8 members have the mazdaspeed exhaust with the turbo and seems to work well together.

I have the greddy kit, with upgraded EMS and silicone couplings.

Mike from DL Motorsports is one of the best tuners around ... he has a dyno on site and is extremely knowledgable about tuning rotaries! Check him out.

I'm going to have to agree with Bindon.... of course any exhaust will work .... but 2.5" piping will be more restrictive you'll probably see a somewhat significant power loss as compared to if you used a 3".....but if looks is what your looking for..to each their own

You could also try Neetronics in Mississauga. They are big with the subaru crowd and have experience with the Turboxs UTEC, and AEM EMS. I am sure they could figure out the Interceptor.
