This is a silly question but are those TSB in the US applicable to Canada. I heard in the past the Canadian Dealer/Mazda Canada doesn't necessary honour those TSB in the US. If not, are there a site for Canada TSB? The reason I ask is my CEL light came up the second time and they find the code that indicate the Evaporative value in the pump might be leaking but they won't change it until the next CEL come up again. I find this kind of strange if they already locate the problem, why wouldn't they change it?

Every TSB I've taken to my dealer has been honored.

 

Its not that they dont honour it.... its just that Mazda Canada's TSB usually come out 3-5 months later than the Mazda USA TSBs.....

so it is not in Mazda Canada's computer system yet...

 

You can print off the US TSB and bring it to them. Some service departments are a little less than aware of what needs to be done, and what doesn't. The TSBs need to get done if the problem comes up; the recalls get done on everyone.
